Avbob are making a bad time in my life worse

I took out an Avbob policy for my Mother a few years ago believe that should she past away I would have financial peace of mind...I lost my Mother two weeks ago and notifed Avbob my family and I made the funeral arrangements, due to the fact that Avbob had not paid the monies I went ahead and made loans in the interim to cover the cost of the funeral ... To this day more then Two weeks later Avbob have still not paid out and I have tons of debt just happy I did not let Avbob arrange the funeral otherwise my Mother might still have been unburied....Needless to say I will be Canceling my remain Avbob policy if you smart you would do the same
