The worst, cruelest, most heartless undertakers I've ever dealt with. My dad died of natural causes yet the body isn't being allowed to come home on the eve of the funeral. A whole paying customer is being dictated to by these pathetic monsters. Avbob Alberton has been an absolute horror. My biggest regret
