Avbob agents opening *****ulent policies and avbob does nothing about it!!!

Its been months calling and emailing Avbob to cancel the *****ulent policies opened in my name. Every month a new pokicy seems to be opened and the money is being deducted from my persal. Anither avbob agent even found the culprit who works for avbob but in another province who keeos opening these policies in my name. All i want is the policies to be cancelled and all money to be refunded bacj to ne since January 2024. I am futher taking this to NFO if nothing is done
