Avbob agent are ********

I consulted an Avbob agent and a week later she signed me up for a policy which is meant to deduct over R300 from my persal and I don’t even know the details of the policy in question because I was not consulted and I only became aware when I got an sms and a policy number from Avbob.I contacted Avbob over a week ago and they said I should write a letter and send it via email ,I did so but they haven’t given me cancellation confirmation.They want to deduct my money first ,and R360 is a lot of money and I’m a single mother of 2 kids and it’s almost the festive season,how will I survive?
