My husband and I are very disappointed in AVBOB. For the last 29years my husband religiously paying his premiums at Avbod buy when his mom pass on two months ago when Avbob have to pay out the money NOTHING. Since August they send him from A-Z and form Z- A again. All documents was send and still nothing. No one at Avbod want to take responsibility for the payout now. The advertise daily on the TV If you do not claim after 5 years u can get cash back. BUT when u contact them for funds being paid out when u need money for the funeral nothing. Who do u contact NO ONE CYZ THEY SPIN THE SAME STORY EVERYTIME. SO it seems the best I to contact Devi from ETV for the story. Someone has to take responsibility. If u not pay ur monthly installment the quick 2 phone and make double deduction the next month.
