Avbob

People always complain when things do not go right and that is human nature however very few ever think to really thank the Company that assisted them. I would like to thank a young lady in the call centre at Avbob who very kindly and patiently assisted me with a query on the 2nd Dec. I cannot remember her name but she was extremely patient and I was treated with respect. She went beyond the call of duty and even explained some things on my Policy that I had not thought to ask. So kudos to Avbob for their well trained staff.
