I opened a case with avbob october 21 they was a policy deducted and I have got my refund up until today.i call and I've been told they waiting for the manager a policy of 462 I'm feed up really.

06 Dec 2024, 13:21I went to the branch and only to be told I will receive 900 since 2021 this policy has been deducting without my knowledge and you going to refund me with a lousy 900 that is pathetic I'm expecting 19 000 since this policy is from 2021 4 yrs of deduction of 462. I have to take further steps with avbob.avbob is a **** really I want my money!!!!!!

06 Dec 2024, 13:28I think url dont understand this policy was from February 2021 up until today so I'm expecting R462 for 43 months since url never missed a month without deducting but today you paying 2 months premiums that is nonsense I need all my 400 from 2021 otherwise I'm contacting my lawyers asap.!!!!!
