AVBOB :(

On the 24th of September my father passed away in his sleep. He had been ill for over a year and had been a client of AVBOB's for 16 years. At the time that he took out the policy with AVBOB, he had been married and divorced soon after. When he passed away he had been divorced for about 14 years and estranged from his wife. Unfortunately, his wife ex wife had been a beneficiary of his policy. His wife, remarried soon after divorcing my father. My father had also insured my grandmother who is also deceased. We are now very disappointment with AVBOB because even though we have tried everything to try and find the ex wife, AVBOB is not willing to payout even to the court appointed executor of my father's estate. AVBOB has agreed to give us the free basic funeral but surely AVBOB knows that in the African culture, a funeral is more than just a grave, a coffin and he****, the other expenses to which my father is entitled and deserving not only because he was the head of the house but also because at the end of his life he should not be made to suffer through an undignified funeral after having been a loyal AVBOB customer for so long. We are not asking for AVBOB to pay us cash but to use the cash that my father is entitled to, to please pay for the other necessities towards the funeral. Failing this, I have no idea how else my father will be buried.
