I have requested to surrender my policy on the 7th September and on the 10th, they send me surrender application form. Form filled in and send back, up until today i have not receive any feedback. I have contacted the call center but no positive feedback. I need assistance urgently and cancellation letter aswell. AVBOB policy AL***X2
