I am very unhappy as i had a written agreement that i will pay R50more on my installment just to get my account up to date BUT because my pay out is nearly due you guys DONT deduct anymore more money at all and made the policy inactive!!!!!! please rectify or i will take it furthwr this is incompentent for a company like Avbob to do something like this.
