My name is Linda Mafantiri I recently visited one of your branches to do a claim for my Grandma's funeral. The branch that I visited is Avbob Colesberg (Free state) . I would like to appreciate the excellent service that I received in that branch.The staff in that branch are so welcoming and very professional from the Reception.. The specific person that I want to appreciate is a lady by the name of Ms Jenny. She is such a sweetheart, very humble and down to earth. She made me and my family feel at ease and gave us a very warm welcome. She did her best to ensure that we don't get distressed in our time of loss. She made the claiming process so easy for us and was even able to give me some information that was not even aware of when I took our that policy. To the Management you have an asset in Colesberg Avbob branch by the name of Ms Jenny. She is a professional who considers clients needs who is people's person. She is very much passionate about her job and is a ***** of people. My dear sister you are a star people like you need to be appreciated all the time. Please continue assisting your clients the same way you did with my family and all the best to you as well in your career. You are a blessing to your company as well as the community you are serving. Keep up the good work... You are an amazing person.. My heart is still smiling I'm really touched beyond words even my family can't stop talking about you and how you have made all of us feel comfortable and special...
