Appalling and disgusting
The email below refers. I have not received a response regarding my request. I decided to phone the call center today to find out if my request has been attended to.
I am disappointed and angry that after being transfered from pillar to post I was still not assistant.
I spoke to Leanette for 8:30 minutes and my call was cut off Ntombi she still cut off my call Mpho Matjila she transferred my call without telling me and I still has to repeat myself and she said that she can not help me Matsie,
I need to make changes to my policy as soon possible. The service from your consultants is appalling and disgusting .
