Another dissapointment01

Pathetic service! Eager to sell and take policy installments, but when it comes to claims and service...they are nowhere to assist, respond, give feedback, support etc. The worst..3 weeks and still nothing. And do not try there automated answering service, good luck..no response and gets cut off constantly. For those in urgent need of support and payments, I suggest you find someone else to do your policy. Their claims email addresses don't work it seems...got referred to M Mzozo..might be dead to as their is no feedback from this person as well. Will pay costs myself, as funeral parlour has been waiting to long. A shame...long time ago AVBOB was efficient and effective, now just another one of the failed busnisses.
