annoying

i missed a payment in june of one installment and thats for June month so in July i made full installment of July and half of June installment that i missed and this month i will make august full installment and another half installment of June then my funeral policy will be up to date i did send an email to avbob for a consultant to call me back regarding my installments that went up and i was unaware of it and was never told about this and one of the consultants that called me 3 weeks ago said she will escalate this to relevant department and i would be called back but till today nobody called me to fix this now instead i get an sms stating that i must have funds in my account as they will be debiting two installment which i already made half on the june missed installment im only ;left with half of the June then im done with the missed payment if no one is going to fix this and get back to me i will take my business else where cause im sick and tired of this **** service im getting from avbob
