A ********** policy was created and it debited money for 7 months an amount R964. Lodged a complaint filled all relavant forms and attached all requested documents. The was told that it will take up to 6 weeks to get feedback. Today I enquired and was told that they will only pay R900. The policy took a lot of money for me, needed a lot of documents which made me to walk up n down now they don't want to pay all my money back.

02 Nov 2020, 17:11I have contacted the customer service today and that was not the response. You guys requested 6 weeks to finalize the complaint which has lapsed now. Just pay back the money
