Amendments Made On My Policy Without My Consent

<p>I’m highly disappointed in AVBOB</p> <p> </p> <p>Amendments were made on my policy without my consent!!! This is really unacceptable coming from such a big organisation. What are the chances of this happening again? How does one make amendments on a policy without the clients consent? No signature? No voice recording? JUST CHANGES DONE CAUSE AVBOB FEELS LIKE DOING SO</p> <p> </p> <p>I am expecting AVBOB to supply me with a document or policy forms signed by me authorizing these changes if not then a voice recording!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I need to know WHEN, HOW & WHO did these changes? I need a senior member to assure me that this will never happen again in future, if not then i am taking this further - to my attorneys, the media and all social medias and cancelling this policy as a whole and informing all my relatives to do the same cause i do not TRUST AVBOB - This does not tie up with your principles and procedures what so ever!!!</p>
