ALL FOR ZILCH'S

I wanted a quote on the policy package and advised the consultant that my mother and brother does have polices with avbob, before he can add he must first check as I know that should I have added them the policies would than not have paid out 100% he than indicated the POLICY will not be activated before I receive a call and a sms I also mentioned that I would pay not more than R500.00 premium now I have realised today after obtaining a statement that avbob has been deducting my monies over R1000.00 per month and some twice in a month I want my MONIES back as I never received any call or sms from AVBOB as claimed by the consultant . This is not ethical and I think it is a *******
