Alexandra branch

I have sent through a complaint in September 2019 and it was closed by the head office without any reason. I am very disappointed at Avbob as a whole. I thought the Alexandra branch was the worst at service but it seems the head office is the same. I spoke to Phyllis who is the branch manager at Alexandra and she promised to call the next day with Merriam who gave dus bad service and to date that has not been done. Then I received an email from the head office saying the complaint was closed and responded back asking why and no one ever gave back to me
