Abob refuses to refund prepaid premiums

SInce Oct 2022 I have been trying to get prepaid premiums refunded to me by Avbob. I have had many conservations with Prince at the call center and Gavin at Umbilo branch in Durban. They both tellme I must be refunded the premiums. They never follow up with me. I am fed up as just get ignored and no action is taken to refund the premiums that were paid in advance. This is the last time I am asking Avbob to refund me before I lodge a complaint with the Financial Service Board and / or lodge a claim in the small claims court
