A refund for a money that was taken without my permission
On the 15 of September a deduction was made on my payslip without my knowledge and permission. On the 25th of September I filed for a complaint and one of the sales person assured me that my money will be return since I don't have any policy with Avbob.
The duration I was told I should wait for has elapsed, which was 6 weeks. I have been calling however without any success into speaking with a person from the head office since every time I called the consultant always said that she was transferring me.
This is getting really tiresome. I want my money back.
