A cancellation and refund for avbob policy
I went to cancel my police with avbob on early September since I was paying too much and I'm financially unstable at the moment, I was told to bring my bank statement after 3 months of deductions to get a refund, on the 15th of November 2024 I went for a refund and I was told I didn't come to cancel my policy and it is still active, can you please help.
