7 MONTHS TO ENDORSE/AMEND MY POLICY

I am not finding joy with my advisor, I have asked him to add my son and father on my policy and it's taking him months to do so.<br> What annoys me is that i have asked for this to be effective months ago and should anything happen to my son or father they going to pull the \6 months waiting period".<br> i have sent emails to the guy there and everytime i follow up he asks for my ID number... I phoned the head office to complain and the lady phoned back and i was in a meeting asked her to call me back but she didn't.<br> can i get help in endorsing my policy wef 01 June 2015."""
