5% discount promise not fulfilled

Thuli at Avbob Springs branch promised me a 5% discount upon payment of full amount charged for the funeral service When I question about the discount, she told me I had forfeited it because the payment was made in her absence and her manager only pays 5% discount if we paid to her directly She later asked for my CV so she can organise employment for me which still doesnt help with the discount that I've been promised but not received This is unprofessional and the circumstances leading to my discount forfeiture is appalling Please help me get my 5% discount as promised
