21 DAYS LATER STILL NO PAYOUT!

Hi. I wrote to you last month about a claim that was not payed out to me after my twin brother passed away. I was told to wait 21 days as the claim was still under investigation. I do acknowledge the fact that avbob did try to reach me in response to my complaint but I was not available at that time, I have been trying to call the number that they left me to call on the voicemail but everytime I call that number no one picks up. I am so stressed now because it has gone passed the 21 days and I still haven't received the payout. 21 days later, I am still told that my claim is still under investigation. This is so frustrating because I have to pay for the loan that I took to prepare for my brother's funeral. I need someone to tell me what's going on. Why am I being treated this way? I am trying to get to terms with my brother's passing, now I have to stress about this? This is the worst service I've ever received in my life, I'm really disappointed in how avbob conducts their business!
