Worst after service, no integrity!!!
My mother passed away 3 years ago and UNFORTUNATELY we were forced to make use of Avbob vanderbijlpark. A disgrace on how you treat customers that are in mourning! The photos were never on the casket as it was left behind at the office. We never got the flowers or my mother's wedding bands back after the funeral. After more than 2 weeks I had to phone them and ask for the wedding bands. How is that for being trustworthy??? We never received any documents. Now that momentum has requested the documents I am being sent from pillar to post. Marizaan and Ruan is of no assistance as we have been waiting more than 3 weeks now, giving the excuse that they are renovating. Hopefully nobody will need their service during this time!! My mother's details. ME VAN STRAATEN. ID ***. I would like to speak to your CEO or I will refer this to the media
