Dealing with Avbob has been the worst experience of our lives. While dealing with my mother's passing in June, Avbob has de*****ed my family for an amount of R43088.00 and we have called and tried to get assistance, but they keep sending us from pillar to post no sensitivity whatsoever. From the agent at Queenstown Anathi Ndyokomba who has not been forthcoming with information. Never calls back when we needed feedback, sent different invoices and with different inconsistent amounts. The call center agents have not been helpful at all. my family has gone through the worst time of our lives losing our mother, but Avbob has traumatised us worse. Poor service quality, ****** from us, shown no sympathy for our troubles. The Ngemntu family is horrified by their actions. They do not respond to my ***, giving me non existent numbers.
