The worst funeral services, have no sense of 24 /48 hours to pay put funds in need

The worst funeral service that has been in business, ask me why i even opened a funeral cover with this people, I have never missed a debit and now when it comes to time to claim they dont have a sense of emergency, the 24/ 48 hours they are referring does not exist, their mail box to send forms they gave me 6 *** all saying mail box are full and they have backlogs People die everyday they should hire enough staff to avoid such. The funeral is Sat its Thursday today I send my documents on Tuesday, no money ,no communication, the worst experience, please avoid taking a funeral cover with AVBOB.
