Great service

Great service. I would've appreciated less paper work especially having to authorise the claimant form. It's an unnecessary step because everything required from the form is available from the supportive documents required. The staff can better communicate with clients, but besides that, the service was commendable, there's constant communication and the funds for the funeral claim were processed in less than 48hrs (working days)
