Avani Hotel refund nightmare

I stayed at Avani Hotel Namibia on the 30th September to the 3rd October 2022. I paid for accommodation and food. When my first night at their restaurant turned into a nightmare, i decided to eat elsewhere meaning i was due for a refund for dinner, I have been requesting for a refund since then. i have received two different proof of payments but no money, This hotel is proving to be a total nightmare i will never use again.
