Disappointed customer
I am part of this travel group that arrived at avani hotel on the 24th July and from the time we got to Lesotho at avani hotel maseru it's been a disaster. We got to avani hotel in maseru its been a disaster. We got to the hotel and the whole of the 2nd floor had no electricity for almost 2 hours my room was 203. We finally got move to another floor 123 after the electricity went on and off and had to cancel our dinner plans because we couldn't freshen up after a long road trip. We order the food from the hotel and after an hour and a half of waiting for wings they come with no salt, no spice and dry we try call reception and they keep putting us through to the hotel restaurant and no one answers. To think I still have 2 more mornings in this hotel makes me want to cry 😢
