BEWARE sold Bitdefender 2016 that connot be loaded

I paid for a 1 year subscription for bitdefender 2016 on 28/11/2015. tried numerous times to download from the link supp**** by Avangate but always after got a 1011 error. Eventually ran out of data on my account (80attempts). i got further on one occasion only to be told that the activation key supp**** was invalid.<br> this company seems to be a bunch of con merchants.<br> busy with my bank to try to reverse the payment.
