Poor after sale service

I bought a vehicle through Autosport Motor City in Benoni 3 months ago, in the first month I did take the vehicle back to them for faults on the vehicle, Claude told me straight in my face that I am full of **** and that they will not cover any faults on the vehicle, now, 2 months later the battery went dead, I spoke to them again, as I only have the vehicle for 3 months now, they told me that they will not cover the cost of the battery as it is wear and tear. I went to find quotations for a new battery for a BMW M 325i 2010 model, the cost is R2000,00 which I find ridiculous due to the agents I bought it from
