Extremely poor after-sales service, with repeated follow-ups ignored
Extremely disappointing after-sales service from Autosport Motorcity !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our experience with Autosport Motorcity has been extremely disappointing, particularly when it comes to their after-sales service. One of the major outstanding issues is the spare key for the vehicle. We still have not received the spare key, despite having followed up with Autosport Motorcity countless times. What is even more frustrating is that our repeated follow-ups have gone unanswered, with no proper response or clear indication of when this matter will be resolved. This is not the only outstanding issue. There are also other problems with the vehicle that we have been waiting for the dealership to address. We understand that not every issue may fall under the service plan, but we were advised that certain matters would be attended to, and we are still waiting for these to be resolved. The biggest frustration is the lack of communication and accountability. We should not have to continuously chase a dealership after purchasing a vehicle, especially when we are simply following up on matters that were already raised with them. We understand that purchasing a pre-owned vehicle may come with certain issues, but what we expected from Autosport Motorcity was honest communication, proper customer service and accountability. Instead, we have repeatedly had to follow up and, in some instances, received no response at all. This has been a very disappointing experience, and we hope Autosport Motorcity will finally take responsibility for the outstanding matters and provide us with a clear response and resolution. A sale should not be the end of the customer service. The after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Autosport Motorcity
The experience I had at Autosport Motorcity was very pleasant. This was due to the salesperson Riyaadh, who was very open about the vehicle we purchased and made the process smooth and quick at the same time. They had sorted out everything for us and had the car safely delivered to us. All the thanks go to Riyaaadh and the whole team at Autosport motorcity.
