Your bad debt blocked my phone

I found out that my mobile phone got blocked this morning, after I took it to a cell phone shop and got asked if I stole the phone. When I contacted Autopage, I was informed that Telkom Mobile was responsible for blocking the phone and that I needed to contact them. This was beyond my belief as they are not my service provider. When I gave them a ring I was informed that they had blocked a batch of Autopage handsets which Autopage has not paid for. I can have my phone unblocked when I provide them with proof of payment from Autopage. This is unbelievable, customers now pay for the providers bad debt. A customer for 18 years, 4 contracts, never skipped a payment and now I get my phone blocked. This is definitely a story I will be mailing Carte Blanche with!!!
