you sign up for a but he keeps billing you for b,c

we have for past 5 months been asking for assistance as we signed up for a R578 contract which includes R200 talk time, an extra gig data. totalling R578. been paying on average R2000 per month. when querying they have 6 different answers from manny to staff shane to ass manager. their systems seems to be listing 1 number and various packages. refuse to show signed contract. the one tells you this the other that. complaining doesn't help as you are just cut off. what kind of of provider is this. shut up and keep quiet or we cut your line. and if that isn't the worst, paying for another number also R2000 per month, which was never even entered into a contract for. just got advice from head office that the numbers I am quierying does not exist on autopage system...yet they cut you off and premiums stipulate autopage. this all in a matter of 3 hours. how and why are these people allowed to go against any and all laws in terms of NCA and NCR is beyond us
