You are just a number

It has been 10 months since I picked up a problem of my Altech Autopage account, whereby I was billed one month R4500.00 and R5000.00 for usage 2 months in a row for excessive usage on my 3G account. I have phoned more than 10 times to query the problem and all the call centre says its due to excessive downloading its not there problem!!! I use that 3G card on my Ipad what the hell is there to download, I have had this account since 2007 so there is a guide line on how much I spend and they are not bothered and when I ask to speak to a manager they tell me they will get someone to phone me back. Till today no one has bothered phoning me and have handed me over to lawyers. Good now I will let my lawyer handle it and will pay it and will never make use of there service again and will discredit them as a service provider to everyone I know
