% Year contract for not one call!!

I was phoned in 2009 to ask if I wanted a top up on my contract. I said only if it was added to my standing bill with Vodacom. The phone was delivered to me in Hluhluwe in the street. No paperwork signed. The first month that I received a separate bill I cancelled the contract. The phone was left at False Bay Motors in Hluhluwe and the owner said it was picked up but no paperwork signed After replaying the recorded calls it was established that I was mislead and they agreed that it would be cancelled. I have just realised that Autopage has been billing me for 5 years for a phone I don't have and have not made one phone call on. I have estimated that Autopage have taken approximately R10 000-00 from me.
