Wrongly billed for data usage on contract
I have a 1 GB free data MTN contract with Altech Autopage. I was billed for data R 315.93 for May 2015 when in fact I did not even exceed my free data usage of 1 GB for the month.My tablet records all my date usage and I have set a limit on my data usage on my tablet so NOT TO exceed 1 Gb data usage. No explanation for these costs are given by them, and they never respond to my queries/ complaints. Refund me immediately for these over charges,
