wrongfully billed

good day<br> <br> i've got 2 contracts at Autopage (1 is vodacom and the onther 1 is mtn). one is a top up contract, if airtime is finished i can buy and top up. The other contract I receive 2gig data for free. If i do use more than that 2gig per month I am billed.<br> My bill is normaly for the past year about /-R600. 2 months ago a amount of R8500 was deducted from my FNB account. I went to the bank to let it be reversed. And contacted Autopage to sort it out. They just tell me that the amount is due and cannot send me an itemized bill. That same month the accounts department phoned for a payment of R22 000.00 which is impossible for I dont really use the Ipad. We took out the sim and put the phone off. Today I received an sms stating that I must pay the amount of R31 072.45 to avoid suspension. ive got an suspicion that i'm charged for another account<br> Please I'm begging for help because i was retrench 3 weeks ago and I cant pay money left and right for no reason.
