Wrong tarriff

Good Day.<br> My phone was upgraded in February 2015 to a contract of R289,00 per month. The store assured me that the new contract amount (migration) will only go off on 15 June 2015. In other words for the end of June 2015. My debit order for 30 April 2015 was R437,85. I complained about the incorrect amount a month ago. They rep**** that the incorrect contract was loaded and that they overcharged me with ? R260 and will have to refund me. In the mean time I phoned Head Office several times to complain. The debit order for Monday 1 June is incorrect AGAIN! The amount to go off is R460,00. I cannot afford this and Auto Page is not able to rectify the query to refund the now over R500 that they owe me. They also cannot rectify my contract to be R289,00 per month as I signed for. Please help. thanks
