Wrong package again

The account was ported from Cell C direct to a Vodacom / Autopage account and a new SIM only contract was signed. The first month it was on the correct package and then some dump idiot changesd it to a TopUp package and I had to go out of my way to go to the store and rectify it, for a month it was correct again but now it seems that it is on a TopUp once again and still they charge for the open package.<br> Also the data usage are being \******"by the network as this phone only uses WhatsApp and normal calls / SMS but the data is almost finish.<br> This needs to be sorted and all money that was \""******\"" from the network must be creditred."""
