Wrong deductions

Hi. Autopage contracted me to sell me a tablet, 500m for R69. After I asked a thousand times will that amount be the deducted amount the lady said yes. First month thy deducted R99 then I though its a connection fee. 2nd time r99 again. I Phoned the call centre, oh what a waist of time, I hold for a hour and eventually drop the phone. I email them and there it stopped heard nothing from them. Today (28/2/2015) thy deducted R111. Why? The sim is not even in the tablet. We don't use that sim. I phoned again and no answer. No one is ever coming back to me. Why must I pay for stuff I don't use?
