wrong Contract and refund bill account

1 DECEMBER 2014, 09:00: I met with Bafana regarding the 3 data cell phone contract as which they gave us wrong contracts, as we requested U CHOOCE FLEXI,R50 for two cell phone a Sony Z2 and Samsung S5 galaxy<br> Bafana said he has already sent them a message to fix all our problems and refund us our money because that was not our agreement<br> 11 may 2015, 15:45pm: I went to altech east gate where I met with Simphiwe regarding the bill of our contract and refund for November, December 2014, January 2015 and other month until the month of May. I requested invoices from November 2014 to March 2015. I than asked them to call Narash Lala regarding the refund, I spoke to him telephonically at 16:00 and he said he's aware with this bill and will get back to us on Wednesday the 13th of May 2015...Simphiwe is my witness<br> Simphiwe contact details: ***/***<br> On Wednesday Narash never got back to us until 17:00 pm as we were waiting for his response,no emails or calls received .<br> Until the 8th of June, Narash never came back to us as he promised to get back to us on the 13th of May 2015.<br>
