wrong contract

I was contacted via telephone with a new contract. the new contract was a anytime 200 with minutes data and sms. I did not receive any data or smse. I reported this via vaalpark branch on 2015-12-23 and the head office was logging a complaint and would rectify it . on 2016-01-17 I received my minutes but nothing else
