Wrong Billing information

Good Day<br> <br> on the 29.06.15 I called and spoke to pretty at 3.54pm and was told that I have a credit on my account and nothing is due, which I then asked her 3 times are you sure cause my account for June is not paid, she said yes all up to date now I get a sms with a message saying my line will be suspended. and previously I did call and inquire and was told the bill is R1293.31 which I told them will be paid on the 26 July. my whole point is I will pay the bill as discussed on the phone, but now my line is going to get suspended that's not far, you don't send out the bill for the month then get told its in arrears, this is just not fair.
