WOW AUTOPAGE H/O - HECTOR MOLOI DESERVES A BELLS

1 week after my complaint I am glad to state that Altech H/O have sorted out my Xbox problem. The H/O guys were phenomenal. They have upgraded me with a new X-box one. Words cannot express just how professional & HONEST H/O were. Hector Moloi deserves a special mention. Hector has personally seen to it that I will remain an Altech customer for years to come. I have never experienced such a level of care, honesty & service before. Brilliant. It just shows that you can never judge an entire organisation by a few bad apples (the franchise). I suppose H/O treated me as a customer, a person & were honest. This episode has been bad but I can state that my confidence in Altech has been fully restored. I am sure that there were many people behind the scenes that assisted in solving my problem & I thank them all. To the public, I can only say....follow the right channels & Altech will be an absolute pleasure. Guys thank you again.
