I am tired of running after #autopage Cellular to sort out the f-ups they make. Months ago they debited my account incorrectly. I had the entire process stopped and they were supposed to sort it out. Well it took months as the error repeated itself again. An awesome gent assisted (Brian Maleka) and thereafter Vasitha as well to avoid another reoccurrence. my account was supposed to be 'cleaned' up to ensure smooth ops. NOOOOIIITT!!! this f'-en company did it again. They are communications specialists but their own communication is from hell. Rather trust Lucifer before you do them. My lines have been suspended yet again because a clever person stopped my d/o and registered me as a cash payer. Which is now the result of me being in arrears. When does it end? This is terrible! I have been with them since 2006/7 is this is the fken THANK YOU one get for loyalty. Other organisation incentivise loyalty - #autopage punish you.
