Worst SP ever

I have had a contract with Altech Autopage and they have not once given me a call even if the contract went into an arrears or if there was any issue during the contract period and I always had to waste my time and airtime running and calling after them with their long voice prompts and forever putting me on hold, at times I would finish all my airtime just being on hold from a number wich is their contract. This was not close to where the terrible service ended. Approaching the end of my contract I notified them by calling in and letting them know I will be cancelling my contract they insisted I write a cancellation letter to cancel. I then went through to one of their branches at The Glen to cancel, they said the cancellation has been logged and gave me a reference. I was however still charged four months extra on my contract period and whitout knowing because I was not contacted at all, my account was handed over to lawyers, I had to pay the additional months added to my contract and still pay the lawyers fees. Even then my contract was still not cancelled
