Worst service provider EVER

I actually can't believe how much I struggle with Autopage.I have two accounts with them and the one I have no problems but the other one is unending problems every single month.I posted here in December with a complaint that I couldn't get resolved.I was contacted by a guy named Clinton who was all too happy to sort my problem out for me and I was told to PLEASE contact him if I ever have any problems again.Well of course I dd have problems again but I tried getting them resolved through the call centre before I bothered him again Last month I switched to a different package and the line kept getting suspended.I had to keep phoning to try find out what the problem was just to get transfered from one person to the next and the next and the next and having to verify my details each time and explain the whole story again.So I eventually contact Clinton again who then seemed to manage to sort it out.This month I get a phone bill that's almost DOUBLE what it normally is!But the whole point of changing packages was to bring my account down drastically.Apparently the limit I had set on my line had been lifted without my permission,so I contacted Clinton who just ignored me flat!!
