WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!

I contacted Autopage Cellular last month to move my account to the 7th of every month, to be sure that there is sufficient money in the account for the debit order. Firstly, I WAS NOT INFORMED that my debit order was going to be double, because I just MOVED the order. Secondly, on the 7th two debit orders went of, of which I have proof, and one was returned. On the 14th I was again debited for BOTH amounts without my concent. After the first debit order was deducted I contacted Autopage and the person at the call centre assured me that all is fine and my phone would not be disconnected. I called yesterday and made arrangements that my phone not be disconnected until both orders goes off. Well when I called now I was informed that they will be deducting THREE months!!!!! Ive spoken to so many people there and everyone has a different story. Explain how you can treat customers like this after so many years!!!! Horrible!!!!!
